Our manufacturer's plants has been equipped with the machines like single needles, double needles, triple needles, three thread over lock, five thread over lock,make belt loop, auto pocket hemming, auto attach waist band, auto bone pocket, auto rivet machine,auto button hole, auto eye let etc in brands Juki, Singer, Brother, Feedo.Each production unit is capable of producing multiple styles and Home textiles facility of Rotary printing machines capable of 12 color printing of fabric upto 250 CM width & flat screen printing machines with dyeing & printing facilities for processing 250 CM width fabric and panel printing up to 8 colors.This kind of flexibility means that changes can be made easily. New design can go in to production, in quick response to changing styles and trends. Automotion has beed applied where ever it can increase efficiency. CAD design systems supported by the latest technology with the capabilities to develop products for every customer. The automated computer-Aided cutting system represents the most advanced machinery available for producing consistent results. After finishing and drying the are packed in a single operation. All products can be delivered ready to retail, tagged and priced. After goods clear customs locally, then shipped in sealed containers via Air or Ocean freight to their final destination.
